I worked with Tom at Valu Home Centers and when I found out he was Jimmy's Uncle, I would call him Uncle Tom (when the big wigs weren't listening of course). He was such a nice and caring man. I am very sad for the loss of your Husband, Father, Brother and Uncle. My thoughts and prayers to you all.

Martha and family:
Our deepest sympathies to you on the passing of your husband and father, Tom. Tom and I graduated together as part of the Class of 1968 at LeRoy High School. Tom was one of the "quieter" guys in the class, but he was always a fun guy to hang out with. It was great to reconnect with Tom at our 40-year reunion, and felt bad that he could not make it home for the 45-year event last year. He will be remembered by all of us in the Class of 68! Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss.

Tom had such a great sense of humor. I remember we went to a party in Wellsville about 6 years ago. Rae was very pregnant with Andy at the time. As soon as we walked in, Tom pointed at Rae's stomach, looked at me and very sternly said: "What did you do?!" We all started laughing hysterically. He will always be a part of so many great memories and he will be greatly missed. God bless all of the McGees, family and friends during this tough time.

Growing up I spent most of my Sundays at the McGee house; I, along with a lot of Iannello extended family, would visit here as Grandma & Grandpa Iannello lived with Aunt Rose & Uncle Tom. My memories are filled with so much family, laughter, and love- all on Gilbert St.
Tommy was an 'older' cousin who's upstairs room was off limits to little kids. I had heard many times about the Frankenstein,Dracula & Godzilla models that he had from my brothers; this was late 1960's & classic horror movies were playing. Tommy knew how we younger cousins wanted to see the models; he brought them down and put them on the steps. I still see Tommy sitting there while we played with the models, letting us take our time.
It has been a long time since I saw Tommy; he will always be a kind, gentle & fun cousin in my memories.
I wonder how noisy was it in heaven when he arrived greeted by his Mom and Dad, plus so many Iannello's?
You are in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Anne & Gary Mattice

Thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Psalm 91 says "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty, whose power no foe can withstand." dwell in that secret place and know that people are praying for peace that surpasses all understanding.

Tommy, you were with our mother in the late evening when she passed, she now welcomes you.
The following is an original published verse by our mother Rose McGee:
A Moment With God
Dear God, who art all good,
we are all good, let me live this life to the fullest.
Help me along the journey, for it is such a hard one and sometimes I stumble.
Let me not pass through as a stranger to the beauty you have created.
Let me be content with the simple things for sometimes I am greedy.
Let me practice the virtue of humility.
Help me to understand when I am confused.
If I should lose my way, guide me to the right path.
And when it is dark, show me the light so I can pass through unafraid.
Amen
I love you Brother
Jane

Tom was a good brother and friend. I am blessed to have had him as a brother. I have a lot of fun memories growing up with Tom and how he would kid his younger siblings. He and Martha would invite us down to Wellsville for Christmas and summer cookouts and camping at Foster Lake. I believe Tom's in heaven sitting next to a lake, smoking a cigar, having a cold beer and listening to the Ventures. We will miss him.

I always liked Tom and his brother Gerry. Growing up I spent a lot of time at Dedman's on Myrtle Street ad also use to play football at Lewis's with Tom and his brother there. He was a quiet and very nice individual who I am sure is going to be missed for many years to come. My condolences to his wife and family who were very lucky to have one finest man and father in their family

Martha, I wish I had some magic words to make this easier for you and your family. But I don't. Tom was a wonderful man, father and husband. Its weird, cause as kids we were like two peas in a pod. But as time goes by.....we drift apart. If I know my aunt Rose, she was right there to great him with open arms. I like to think that. Smile when you think of Tom. I know I will. Lorrie
