It was a pleasure working with Al over the years at Kodak and Kodak-Alaris. I know we both were buffeted by the vagaries of corporate business and ended up in different places. Al work for corporate systems when I first met him. Eventually he and I were downsized and went to work for other companies. The group we were in, Corporate Information Systems, Electronic Data Processing, eventually got very small, but we managed keep in touch by meeting annually for Christmas lunch, and summer ice cream socials to keep in touch.
I am sorry I will not be able attend his memorial service on the 2nd. My wife and I will be out of town on business for the walking club we are members of.
