Stafford ~ Jean M. (Love) Ianni, age 74, of Main Road, passed away Saturday morning (April 11, 2015) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
She was born September 29, 1940 in Sonyea, N.Y., a daughter of the late James and Beatrice Barnhart Love.
Mrs. Ianni was a retired teacher from the Elba Central School District. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, the Stafford Museum and the Stafford Historical Society.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Louis A. Ianni, brother in law, Ettore Ianni of Batavia, sister in law, Rita Hartrick of Oakfield, along with many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Mary Love Roffe and Naomi Love and her brothers, Robert Love, Donald Love and David Love.
Per her wishes, there will be no prior visitation or services. Interment will be at the convenience of her family.
Memorials are suggested to either Volunteers for Animals, 3841 W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY 14020 or to the Stafford Historical Society "Barn Fund", P.O. Box 28, Stafford, NY 14143.
