Obituary of Brian W. Niccloy

LeRoy ~ Brian W. Niccloy, age 77, of West Avenue, passed away Thursday morning (July 28, 2016) at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. Mr. Niccloy was born November 8, 1938 in Rochester, N.Y., a son of the late Harold and Mary McMahon Niccloy. He will be remembered as a very caring and gentle man, who was considered a "peace maker" and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He had a big smile, a great sense of humor and just enjoyed people. He was a dedicated and devoted family man, who loved to spend his time with his family and attend his grandchildren's events. He also enjoyed playing golf in his younger years, as well as, providing his helpful handyman services to his family and friends. He is survived by his children, Timothy (Sherrie) Niccloy, Deborah (Joe) Laurie, Sandra (Don) Pangrazio and Diane (Dan) Graham, all of LeRoy; step-children, Susan Julien of Pittsford, Richard (Ray) Mohler of Buffalo and Michelle (Kevin) Segalla of CT; his brother, Harold Jr. (Janice) Niccloy of SC; brother-in-law, Richard Costa of Stafford; ten grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; his former spouse and mother of his children, Sharon Smith, along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara, his sisters, Ann Costa and Katherine Niccloy and a grandson, Shaun Niccloy. Family and friends may call on Sunday, July 31 from 4 ~ 7 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Road (Rt. 19). His Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Aug. 1 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, St. Peter's Church, 44 Lake Street, LeRoy.
