I consider myself blessed to have worked with Walt back a few years ago and then to recently have had lunch (he insisted that since it was on his "territory" that he pay)and pick up on a wide variety of topics like it was only yesterday. I knew him as a man that had had a number of significant challenges in life but he never let it break his spirit. I rejoiced with him when he gleefully shared his providential meeting with Bev, who brought a wonderful new chapter into his life. A great role model, no doubt, to his children, a patriot, a gentleman well read, a good friend with a great sense of humor... the list is almost endless. We intended to lunch again, I guess that will be in heaven. Good bye for now. May God give grace and strength to the grieving.
