Obituary of Leni Lee Brusso

LeRoy ~ Leni Lee Brusso, age 78, passed away at home Monday evening (October 15, 2018) in the loving presence of her family.

     She was born June 6, 1940 in Fayetteville, N.Y., a daughter of the late Walter and Rosalie Lyman.

     Leni was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family unconditionally.  She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren as well as all the time spent with her family and friends at their cottage on Silver Lake.  She enjoyed collecting and selling antiques and was an amazing artist.

     She will be deeply missed by her loving and devoted husband, Martin "Mike" Brusso; children, Christopher (Sue) Ecker and Kelly (Paul) Frawley; stepchildren, Melissa (Jeff) Tack and Melinda Miller; grandchildren, Christopher Ecker, Jonathan Ecker, Christine (Bradley) Oliver and Pauli Frawley, Bethany, Dori and Evee Rivaldo, Caleb and Hannah Miller; three  great-grandchildren, along with many cousins and dear friends.

     In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her infant son, David Ecker and step daughter, Michelle Brusso.

     Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Mass on Saturday, October 27 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, St. Peter's Church, 44 Lake St., LeRoy, N.Y.
