Peggy, I'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Jim and I spent a lot of time together during our first year of college football. I, and many others, couldn't come close to Jim's energy level. When we weren't in uniform, we would be playing football behind the athletic dorm. Jim was an excellent football player. However, you should have seen him diving from a 100 foot high rock quarry!Jim was an Olympian when it came to cliff diving. No one did a dive like him. I'll always remember standing on the rock edge preparing to dive when Jim would, in full sprint, run to the ledge and leap, over and over, and over again. I also want to add that Jim always would include me on his weekend trips with other football friends, esp. Ray Crouch and Bob Darby! I wish your family sincere condolences. Jim will always be a very Special Individual in many ways!
