Obituary of Amy Rebecca Sellhorst

LeRoy ~ Amy Rebecca Sellhorst, age 37, passed away Wednesday morning (Sept. 28, 2022) at Strong Memorial Hospital in the loving presence of her family.

     She was born September 13, 1985 in Batavia, a daughter of Allen Sellhorst and Sandra Makosy Sellhorst.

     Amy will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, niece and dear friend.  She was a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, loved to cook and enjoyed writing and hosting and entertaining for her family and friends.  Amy also had a deep love for animals and rescued many cats and dogs from shelters.

     In addition to her parents, Allen and Sandra, Amy is survived by her son, Aiden Dyer and daughter, Stevie Rebecca Panek; sister, Heather Sellhorst; boyfriend, Dan Panek, along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

     Family and friends may call on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 4 ~ 7 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd. (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where a Service will be held at 7:00 PM.  Interment will be private in the Wyoming Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Amy are suggested to an animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
